The Champion Targets SkyBird 3/4 Cock Clay Target Thrower is a one-way clutch trap designed to reduce cocking effort between throws. When you trip the throw, the inertia of the throwing arm carries the target toward an approximate 8 o’clock position, while the one-way clutch prevents the spring from driving the arm all the way back to the full 12 o’clock cock point.
