The Gemtech PTM999 tri-lug mount adapter converts select .45-class Gemtech suppressors to a 9mm 3-lug interface. It screws into the rear of all LUNAR-45 GM-45 and older TRINITY suppressors, letting you mount the suppressor on 9mm HK MP5-style 3-lug barrels or on other barrels fitted with male 9mm 3-lug adapters.
