The LMT L129A1 Reference 7.62×51 NATO semi-auto rifle is built on LMT’s Modular Weapon System (MWS) with a true monolithic modular rail upper milled from a single aerospace aluminum forging. The system uses a barrel-extension locking design with side-access bolts for secure alignment and fast barrel removal with repeatable return-to-zero. Configured with the LM308MWS lower, two-stage EDM trigger, ambidextrous controls, and an SOPMOD stock, this rifle is designed to deliver a modern, duty-ready 7.62×51 platform with extensive mounting real estate.
