Product Overview

The Radical Firearms CFU16300HBAR15FCR FCR Upper is a flat-top, MIL-STD AR-15 style upper receiver built for 300 Blackout with a 16 inch black nitride (Melonite) barrel. It features a black hardcoat anodized 7075-T6 aluminum receiver and includes the key assembled upper components so it can be mounted to any compatible Mil-Spec AR-15 lower.

Q: I have a ruger 556 mpr and I was wanting to swap out the upper for this one will is work without modification or will I run into feeding issues.

A: Should be just fine. The feed ramps are in the barrel not the lower. Just get the proper magazines. 300 blackout from Magpul are best. Your original 5.56/223 magazines may work though.

A: Dennis, yes it can ship to CA. CA considers the lower receiver to be the firearm; the rest are parts. These parts may be figured into Assault Weapon status of the firearm, but for purchase they are not considered firearms or legally-restricted goods.
