Currently have about 250 various reloads, Winchester white box, and assorted hollow points down the pipe. I have had zero malfunctions. With the lightweight frame it is easy to carry and will group 5 rounds in 1.5 inches at 15 yards. There is no noticeable difference in recoil between the LW and normal steel frame in my opinion. My only issues are small, 1) The set screw on the rear site was loose out of the box. I had heard to look at this before buying and immediatly tightened it. If I had not, the rear sight would have probably launched itself before the 1st 100 rounds. 2) The mags have the old style follower and would eventually nick the feed ramp. I could put in a different follower but I just use my other mags instead. 3) The front serrations are hard on holsters. I would buy another. In fact I might and have it bobtailed.
