Trijicon Bright & Tough Night Sights for Taurus pistols use battery-free tritium illumination to help maintain fast, accurate sight alignment in low light. The lamps are protected by a sapphire jewel and housed in a shock-resistant metal-and-rubber design for durability under recoil. Green lamps are warranted for 12 years from the date of manufacture.

FYI. The TS01 Green...
FYI. The TS01 Green Dot Night sights I purchased do not fit the Taurus PT111 Mellinium G2 handgun. I bought these sights as a recommended addition to my purchase knowing only they would not fit the PT111 Mellinium Pro. Nice sights.....just don't fit front or rear G2 models.
