The Devil Dog Concepts Hard Charger Tactical (HCT) provides true side-charging capability for standard forged, mil-spec AR-15/M4 flat-top rifles without needing to rebuild your upper receiver. It replaces your charging handle with a non-reciprocating side-charging system designed to reduce stress on roll pins and lower torque on the charging handle during use.
