The C&H Precision V4 optic mounting plate is designed to mount a Holosun EPS or EPS Carry onto compatible Glock MOS slides (excluding the 43X). Made from 6061 aluminum and finished with MIL-SPEC Type III hard anodizing, this plate is built for durability and a clean, secure fit.
