The C&H Precision Weapons V4 Optic Mounting Plate is designed to adapt an FN 509, FN 510, or FN 545 for use with Holosun EPS or EPS Carry optics. Built for tight fitment and long-term durability, the plate is machined from 6061 aluminum and finished with MIL-SPEC Type III hard anodizing, while replaceable 416 stainless steel T-nuts/T-posts provide strong thread engagement for reliable optic mounting.
