A: Joseph, Accuracy with the Iron's is excellent. I actually shoot it better than my Glock's Iron for Iron. I use the Iron Sights half the time and the Red Dot the other half. The Red Dot gives you much faster target acquisition and definitely has more sight/point of impact repeatability compared to the Iron Sights. The Canik's come with decent Holsters already. A: Joseph, my Canik Elite was good enough "As Is" that I did not feel the need to upgrade. The TP9SFx is my next acquisition and I have no doubt it will be the same out the box. I actually own 5 different Caniks and you cannot beat what you get for the price point. The button click lock holster have virtually no resistance when drawing but lock in nice and securely.
