Product Overview
The Doublestar 1911 Tactical chambered in .45 ACP blends fully forged construction with a tactical rail frame, a 30LPI checkered front strap and mainspring housing, and GI guide rod configuration. It features true Novak 3-dot sights for quick target acquisition, front and rear cocking serrations for confident handling, and Ed Brown-style safeties. Built as a 70 series 1911 style pistol, it does not include a firing pin safety and comes with an 8-round magazine and a Doublestar nylon carry case.

Great 1911! Took it to...
Great 1911! Took it to a 4 day shooting school and put 1,000 rounds through it and it performed like a champ. By the end of the class, I was shooting nice tight groups. I would compare the Doublestar quality to that of a les baer, Wilson Combat or TRP...but only half the cost.
