The Magnum Research MR40 Eagle is a striker-fired .40 S&W pistol built with a black polymer frame and integral steel rails. It features a 416 stainless steel slide mated to a hammer-forged 4140 CrMo steel barrel, assembled at Magnum Research’s Minnesota facility. The MR Eagle family includes an adjustable rear sight and interchangeable front sight blades, along with a full Weaver-style accessory rail for compatible lights and lasers.

I have been looking...
I have been looking for this gun for awhile and jumped all over it when I saw it. It is light even when loaded. I just got it so I haven't been to the range yet but since I have shoot my friends I am sure mine will be as smooth as his.

I was very surprised...
I was very surprised with this gun. It was well worth the money. The bottom half made in Germany and the top in the US. I will be buying the MR9 next. I can't say enough good things about Buds, they are top notch. I will prolly only buy my guns from them now on.
