This pistol is very well made. Good job S&W. Put 150 rounds through it without a hicup. But know one thing. There is very little, if any throat area. It goes from the chamber right to the bore. If you load your own ammo, you will have to seat fatter bullets deeper. And if you seat it too deep you will have issues with the magazine advancing the bullets. If you have to seat anything down to 1.150 or lower, you will have an issue with clambering. It will shoot regular round nose loaded to 1.260 without issue. Its the fatter bullets that can be an issue.
