Bought this gun from buds and they did an excellent job shipping and communicating. Got ready to shoot it and the trigger broke in it. Call charter arms. They sent me a return shipping label and had the gun back in less than a week and a half. I guess the good thing is charter arm stands behind their products. Shoots really well.
