Fit and finish are...
Fit and finish are very good. although there is quite a bit of cylinder end shake. The blueing is very good and the "color case hardening" is also very nice on this one with mostly darker browns and blues. Overall for the price a pretty nice 1873 SAA clone.

I have purchased two...
I have purchased two guns from Buds, and both experiences were 100% positive for me. Both firearms arrived in good condition and were just what I expected. The Cimarron old model frame SAA guns are about as close as you can get to a 1st Gen Colt. The cylinder pin still acts as a safety if you want it to, but they don't have any obvious transfer bar safety added, etc. If you carry your single action with the hammer on an empty chamber, you don't really need a lot of the newer safety features that are on some of the replicas. Buds had fast order confirmation, fast shipping and they had my local FFL transfer people in their data base so it was a seamless purchase. I recommend Buds very highly and will buy from them in the future.
