Great little pocket gun. 357 is manageable due to the weight. Grips are surprisingly comfortable while remaining compact.

I am new to the...
I am new to the caliber and to a revolver this small, but I was surprised at how easy it was to control. The .38's were very soft, and the .357's were not nearly as jumpy as I expected they would be. The fit and finish is nice. I've never had a DA-only revolver before so I didn't know what to expect with the action. There's a let-off point when pulling the trigger slowly, that almost feels like you are cocking the hammer for a subsequent single-action pull. The let-off is consistent and noticeable. It doesn't really work as a useful "cocked" position, however. If you hold it in this position, the remainder of the squeeze becomes very hard, at least for someone with larger hands that don't fit the gun well. Committed, DA trigger pulls (which is what the gun was designed for) work well and do not seem to suffer any ill effects from this pause that you can notice in a very slow pull. Once I got used to this DA-only style the gun became comfortable. The trigger is not as smooth as what I'm used to on my Smith & Wesson, however. Nice little pocket-sized revolver with nothing to catch on clothing.
