A: Yes Sir, Paul. I don't doubt MC's testing results but there are many more videos of testing the same rifle that have held up to several thousand rounds. The rifle is good but definitely not "Arsenal" quality. Looking at the ratio of successful tests and UN-successful tests they very well could have acquired a rifle from a bad batch. I would not chance it personally unless I purchased Buds "Life Time" Warranty with it.
