Product Overview
Daniel Defense DD5 V1 is a semi-automatic AR-10 pattern rifle chambered in .308 Win / 7.62x51 NATO and built around a 16-inch cold hammer forged free-floating barrel. The upper and barrel are engineered with a four-bolt connection system, paired with a KeyMod handguard for secure mounting of accessories. Controls are designed for ambidextrous use, and the lower receiver features an integral oversized trigger guard and a flared magazine well for SR-25 type magazines. A Geissele SSA 2-stage trigger provides a smooth take-up and crisp break for consistent shooting.

Very high quality for...
Very high quality for a fully built AR. Short of building your own Daniel Defense is about as high quality as you can get, and this is a great example of that. I have over 5k rounds through it and can literally count the amount of failures on one hand…and that was almost certainly due to the ammo. I would highly recommend this and any DD rifles.
