A: Sean-- I don't know if instructions are included, but would guess they are. I would suggest getting on You Tube and finding a 'how to' video for changing the barrel. There are many. It isn't too complicated, really, but one needs the right tools, including a torque wrench. 300 BO can use the same magazine as .223/5.56. There is no changing of the bolt or mag well - they are the same for 223/5.56 and 300 BO./ For the 7.62X39, one will need to change barrels, bolts, and use the mag well insert - and the 7.62X39 does use a different mag (the more 'curved' one). Honestly, the 300 BO and 7.62 X 39 are very, very close, ballistics wise. Not sure I'd go for this kit, really. Easier to buy a 223/5.56, and just a 300 BO barrel, or just a 300 BO complete upper, where changing out would be a matter of seconds, no tools required. . Cheaper, too, and one gets about the same performance with 300 as with 7.62X39, and less ammo to buy too, Hope this helps and if you go for it, have fun!
